A Revit as-built model for a client at the Biscuit Lofts penthouse in the Downtown LA Arts District. Prepared with
accurate detailing and materials to allow for high-quality presentation images, using the built-in rendering engine.
Modeling included extensive exterior detailing built with parametric families, sweeps, arrays, etc. This allowed
for quality renderings of proposed roof deck renovations.
Interior renderings for a custom single family home renovation in Laurel Canyon. All fixtures, fittings, molding,
etc. were modeled in Rhino for this particular project, using 2D manufacturer drawings where available. Rendered
with Vray for Rhino 1.5.

A Revit model for the interior loft renovation at the Fuller Brush Company warehouse in Northeast LA. Proposed
work included the removal of all existing interior improvements, the expansion of an existing mezzanine, and
construction of a new Kitchen/Bathroom layout to improve the openness of the unit. All geometry was custom-made
in Revit for this project, except for the bar & living room seating, tv, bamboo plant and books. Renderings
made with the built-in engine.
A major challenge with this project was the existing MEP and structural conditions. As a first-floor unit in a
six story condominium building, the existing points of entry for plumbing and electrical could not be changed, and
any structural modifications needed building approval. We extensively surveyed the existing unit and
prepared an accurate as-built model of the MEP and Structural systems. This allowed us to develop realistic
solutions for the unit's new configuration.
An exterior Rhino model of a new charter elementry school in Northern California. Using Rhino and Vray, we refined
exterior materials and detailing for client & Planning approval, based on the Principles' overall concept.
Presentation images of a new lobby installation for Maker Studios at the Culver City Hayden Tract. Modeled in Revit,
then exported to Rhino and rendered with Vray.
An interior and exterior Revit model for the renovation and addition of a single family residence at Santa Monica's
Franklin Hill. This model was used both for initial presentation images, along with the documentation drawings,
details, schedules, etc.
A Revit as-built model for the University of Southern California's CAD Services Department, created as part of their
program to transition campus documentation to BIM. After extensive as-built surveying, I built this model to be
used for future maintenance, accounting and construction.
